Crown Valley Highlands Community Association in Laguna Niguel, California is an association of 436 homes.

This website is dedicated to proper representation of all the members. Association Governance is a changing target and our "rules" are changing. It is our goal to be as up to date as possible.

Neighborhood discussion topics such as the view and the height of trees, and any new purposed project etc. are soon to follow, but we need your opinion. For us to change our rules it requires a 2/3's vote of the entire association. This is no easy task! We need your input. A committee is being established to review and update our CCR's and By-Laws. Please contact us to join this important job (see contact information on the contact page).
